ReWear is an online marketplace specializing in secondhand luxury goods based in Spain.

All items sold must be sent to our facilities for internal quality control before being shipped to buyers. During this process, we verify the authenticity and conformity of each item, thus ensuring security and trust for both buyers and sellers.

2. HOW TO BUY?

  1. Create a free account .

  2. Add items to your shopping cart.

  3. Complete your payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express (with 3DSecure enabled), or PayPal.

If you have trouble with these payment methods, we also accept bank transfers. Contact us for more information.

3. WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

You have 14 days to return your item. See our Return Policy for details.

4. HOW TO SELL?

  1. Contact us through the form in the "I Want to Sell" section.

  2. Send us your article for review.

  3. After analyzing the information, we'll offer you a price. If you accept, you'll receive a detailed contract with all the information.

  4. A delivery person will pick up the item from your home and, upon arrival at our facilities, it will undergo a thorough quality control process .

  5. We will take professional photographs to upload to our website.

  6. Once sold, within 20 days , you will receive your money in your ReWear virtual wallet , from where you can spend it online or transfer it to your bank account without fees.

5. WHAT ARE THE FEES?

We don't charge any commission. We offer you a price for your item, and we set the selling price on the website.

6. HOW WILL I BE PAID?

Within 20 days of selling your item, the money will appear in your virtual wallet . From there, you can:

  • Use it to purchase on our website.

  • Transfer it to your bank account without commissions.

7. WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING?

  • Sellers : ReWear covers shipping costs from the seller to our offices in most European countries.

  • Buyers : Pay shipping from our offices to the delivery address.

8. IS IT AUTHENTIC?

Counterfeit goods are strictly prohibited on our website. Each item is inspected during our internal quality control process .

If we receive a counterfeit item:

  • The seller may recover it by paying the shipping costs.

  • If you do not wish to return it, the item will be destroyed or used for educational purposes on our social media channels to teach users how to spot counterfeits.

9. HOW DO YOU SET PRICES?

We categorize items by brand, model, and condition . We then compare them with other websites to ensure the best prices.
